“Pearl in the sand. Staff was friendly, but did not provide enough information I needed when I got there. However, room condition was excellent and rest of things were good. ”
“I really liked our room with the balcony looking out at the river. The hotel is in a nice location. You need to ask for ice at the front desk but they are very helpful in getting it. No microwave in the room but didn’t need it anyway. We ate breakfast at Papa’s at the hotel in the morning and it was excellent. We took a riverboat cruise and walked to the boat, nice and close. I would stay here again.”
“Had to pay for coffee, staff was rude, carpets need cleaned, bar and restaurant closed at 830pm on a Sat. Front desk area looks cluttered and in need of an upgrade. Thought we booked a nice hotel, way overpriced for what we got.”
