My room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, justifying the high price in terms of amenities and design.
The overall environment of the hotel felt upscale and relaxing.
The Bad: Check-In Experience & Customer Service
My experience at check-in was disappointing. The lady at the front desk seemed uninterested and even rude.
From the very first impression, I felt unwelcomeโnot what you expect when paying over $1,000 for a single night.
The staff did not make any effort to greet me warmly or explain the hotel features, which made me feel like my business wasnโt valued.
Overall Impression
First impressions matter: When youโre paying a premium price, you expect not just a nice room, but also excellent customer service.
Unfortunately, the attitude of the front desk staff overshadowed the quality of the hotel itself.
I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome that I decided to leave earlyโsomething Iโve never done before at a luxury property.

If you value customer service and feeling welcomed, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.
The facilities are excellent, but the staffโs attitudeโespecially at check-inโmade my stay unpleasant and not worth the high price.
No matter how beautiful the hotel, itโs the people who make you want to return. Sadly, I didnโt feel that here.
