My stay at Siva was great! ALL employees were great! The only things I would recommend fixing are the bathroom which needs to be better because it is very old and the WIFI that did not work anywhere but the lobby. That was an absolute inconvenience.

Everything was okay except the long line of the BBQ corner that got me to avoid the best menu I like!! My first visit in March was perfect and I used to get the BBQ daily but this time was not. Rather than that o enjoyed my stay.

İlk günde, Seyahatimiz Güleryüzlü Personel ile başladı. Tüm personel hoş insanlardı. Bizimle birebir ilgilenen Ahmet Gamal, çok yardımsever, çözüm odaklı bir dost tu. Otel hakkında yorumumuz, ailecek memnun kaldık, tekrar görüşmek ümidiyle.

We are super pleased with this stay. The staff was extremely helpful. The facilities are great, especially for a visit with my mom/older people. The sea is calm and pleasant, with a sandy beach. The landscape is well maintained. The food accomodates various requirements and the Turkish kebabs are particularly good. The renovated rooms have everything you need.

​Our stay at Siva Grand Beach was like a beautiful dream that we never wanted to wake up from! Everything was absolutely exceptional. The staff was wonderful, and we would like to give a special thanks to the Customer Relations Manager, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The level of care and attention was outstanding; their main goal was always to ensure we were happy and comfortable. ​The beach is an absolute paradise—sandy, clean, and has a great spot where you can snorkel and see colorful fish. Sitting on the beach, whether in the morning or at night, was incredibly peaceful and lovely. The swimming pools were also fantastic. The hospitality and care here are so amazing that you truly do not want to leave the resort. We will definitely be coming back again!

Air conditioner was not working in the first day but they fix it later and everything was okay. Other than that the food was very good, the rooms were clean and there were lots of fun activities. Will definitely be back!

Banyolar biraz eskimiş. Yenilenmesi gerekiyor. Havlular yıkanmış güzel kokuyordu ama yıkama firması yüzünden lekeli geliyordu. Uyarımızdan sonra sanırım yıkama firması ikaz edildi. Sonraki günler havlular bembeyaz geldi. Personel çok güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Özellikle Ahmed beye ve odamızı temizleyen temizlik görevlisine çok teşekkür ederiz. Oda numaramız 425. Restoranlar güzeldi yemekler Türk aşçıbaşı ve aşçılar sayesinde çok çeşitliydi ve lezzetliydi. Kahvaltı zengindi. Özellikle ızgara bölümünde görevli Mehmet ustaya ilgisi için teşekkür ederiz. Eksileri arasında odalarda internet hizmeti olmaması kötüydü ama bize İnternet hatlı sim kart verdiler ve açığı kapattılar. Meksika mutfağı verilen iskele restoran çalışanlarını pek beğenmedik. Biraz kabaydılar. Genel anlamda çok memnun kaldık 5 yıldızlı bir tesis olmayı hakediyor bence. Tekrar gelirsek yine aynı tesisi tercih edeceğiz.

Wij hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad in het Siva Grand Beach Hotel. Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen voelden we ons ontzettend welkom. De ontvangst bij de receptie was warm, vriendelijk en professioneel. Het personeel stond altijd klaar om te helpen en deed werkelijk alles om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Iedereen was vriendelijk, beleefd en altijd met een glimlach. Het eten was heerlijk en zeer gevarieerd. Elke dag was er een ruime keuze aan verse en smakelijke gerechten, waardoor er voor iedereen iets lekkers te vinden was. Ook de restaurants en bars waren uitstekend verzorgd. Wat dit hotel extra bijzonder maakt, zijn de vele activiteiten die direct op het resort worden aangeboden. Mijn dochter heeft hier zelfs leren windsurfen en heeft enorm genoten van deze ervaring. Daarnaast hebben we een geweldige parasailtocht gemaakt, een onvergetelijke belevenis! Het was fantastisch dat we hiervoor het hotel niet eens hoefden te verlaten. Het resort biedt zoveel mogelijkheden dat je je geen moment hoeft te vervelen. De zwembaden, het strand, de sportactiviteiten en het animatieteam zorgden elke dag voor een gezellige sfeer. Alles was schoon, goed onderhouden en uitstekend georganiseerd. Wij hebben werkelijk van elke minuut genoten. De gastvrijheid, de service, de vriendelijke medewerkers en de geweldige faciliteiten maakten onze vakantie compleet. Dit hotel heeft onze verwachtingen op alle vlakken overtroffen. Staff was good but very greedy. Changed prices upon checking in. I got sick and Doctor over there asked for 1000 Egy pounds before coming to examine me. However staff inside the restaurants and on the beach/pool were super nice and helpful. Mr. Hussein Khalifa was very nice and took care of my whole family at the Italian restaurant. Also Soliman at the lobby bar was super nice and respectful. The bad experience was the doctor at the resort. He was very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and greedy. A guy at the bag store was also super rude and disrespectful to my cousin. And at check in they changed the prices and charged more than Expedia has told me to add 2 more people to the rooms. The rooms also had few things wrong, the fridge wasn’t working and the bedding wasn’t clean but when we called them they came and changed everything.

Prachtig hotel voor een heerlijke vakantie.

Prachtig en ruim opgezet hotel. Personeel uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zwembad en strand geweldig met zeer veel ligbedden. De kwaliteit van de lunch en het diner waren excellent. Ik had een de luxe kamer en die was erg ruim, met prima bedden en een goede badkamer. Dit hotel is echt een aanrader. Toch één minpuntje, geen WiFi op de kamer en de kwaliteit en aanbod van zenders van de televisie liet wat te wensen over. Ik kom hier zeker nog eens weer.

I have booked this hotel based on the reviews. I don’t know who’s writes down Amazing stay?! How low are your standards people?! My shower looked like it was cleaned a year ago. Soap bottle had others visitors hair on it. Dirty stained curtains. Old Synthetic bedsheets to the point they have bobbles on in. I thought ok maybe it’s just our room but then I realised it was the whole place like that. In a restaurant, lobby toilets etc.The hotel is falling a part and there is no health and safety masseurs. It’s ok to have an old hotel (outdated) But it’s disrespectful to keep it dirty for your guests that coming from abroad spending they’re time and money. Food was ok and staff was polite. Too many people trying to sell you experience on the beach so you can’t even rest. It is far away from 4 stars hotel. I came on holiday and I couldn’t wait to leave from that place.

Super Aufenthalt , tolle Anlage , super Essen , einzige was eventuell zu bemängeln wäre , dass die Zimmer doch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen sind ( vor allem das Bad ) aber sehr sauber. Top war der Kellner Mo Sabry ( Poolbar )
