"Hot tub was broke, ice machine 3 floor broken, safe in room not working, no soap in bathroom. Put a note in there was left for 3 Days never filled up apparently the maids don't speak English 😭 I've stayed here like four times this was a little disappointing this time"

"Two pools, and a private oceanfront beach. 5 stories of rooms in two "towers". Restaurant, Bar, and Spa on site. Room or Massage earns you access to the beach and two private beach chairs; a beach umbrella is a paid upgrade. Beach towels are provided. Free bottled waters, free fruit and muffins in the morning, free cookies in the evening. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice decor throughout. Coffee maker and refrigerator drawers in room. Private balconies. Friendly and helpful staff. We had not stayed with this chain of hotels before; but we will go back."

"Room was a bit dated but spotless, the staff excellent, fabulous location and views. Only drawback was the beach had suffered storm erosion and it and the beach bar was closed. Jetty park and beautiful beaches very close by. The restaurant, a separate attached business, was always hopping with great food and extensive bar with excellent staff. I expect to return many times. "
