"We had an amazing stay at Nobu Ibiza, and my partner instantly asked to come back every year — which probably says it all!
The staff were fantastic from start to finish. We arrived around 1pm despite check-in being at 4pm, but our room was ready by around 2pm. We were personally escorted to our room and offered a hotel tour, and guest relations also sent a complimentary bottle of champagne as it was a birthday trip. The staff at the entrance were always happy to order taxis too, which usually arrived within five minutes.
We stayed in a Panoramic Junior Suite, which was absolutely worth the money. The views were beautiful and the room was really well equipped with a hairdryer, straighteners, steamer and toiletries. Housekeeping came twice a day, so the room was always immaculate and our water was constantly topped up.
There were plenty of sunbeds by the beach, although the sandy flooring did get a little annoying! The adult pool was very cold and I doubt it was heated. The sunbeds around it also had an extortionate minimum spend. Given how quiet the hotel was during our stay and how often the beds were empty, I wish this rule had been more flexible.
Chambao was surprisingly good, although expensive, and breakfast had a decent gluten-free selection. The rooftop bar is a must — it’s gorgeous lit up at night!
As we had a late flight home, the hotel kindly let us use their shower facilities after checkout, which was a brilliant touch.
