The staff was excellent. Cindy was very accommodating to my need for early check in although it did require $25.00 surcharge. As a woman staying here alone i would not recommend. Exterior doors did not require key entry, anyone could come and go. There's a 2 inch gap under the room door and walls are very thin. Although I had no need for using the cook top I noticed that it is induction and requires magnetic cook wear but none were provided. The fridge with freezer and the microwave were much appreciated.

I loved how helpful the staff were. They went above and beyond to get us the type of room we reserved. The manager Cindy was lovely. The walls are quite thin and as a result the hall outside the room was noisy even throughout the night. The room, bathroom, and refrigerator were dirty.

I would not use the kitchenette in these rooms if I were desperate. We could have parked by our room but chose to park out front because it seemed very unsafe with people loitering or partying in the parking lot at all hours of the night. The room and bathroom was gross. Would never stay here again. I slept in my clothes! Ice machine doesn't work, pool is empty and the hot tub, would not even consider it based on the rest of the hotel. The only good thing about the place is the amazing restaurant attached to it, Bee's Knees Pub. The best meal on our whole 8 day trip! Go eat there but do not stay at that hotel.

Nice stay and helpful staff.

Very comfortable stay. On last day I was going to take a shower but the shower head would only work if water extremely hot. When I told front desk they immediately got me in another room with working shower so had a nice shower afterall.

Stinky room

The room was ok, but i get that pets can stay, but keep non pet bringing people out of pet rooms. It smelled pretty bad. I had to go to Walmart and get spray and a room vaporizer to be able to stay for 4 nights. Beds were comfy, and liked the small kitchen.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. It is conveniently located off the I-15 going wither north or south. The Bees Knees is a restaurant within the hotel, although it is separately owned and operated. The food is plentiful and delicious. The suites and a little older, but they are clean and spacious. We appreciated Mayo's friendly smile and and the ease in which he welcomed us. Mayo was knowledgeable, and helpful if you need to know where to eat or shop.

This is an older hotel, but well maintained. It's easy to get to off the I-15 going north or south. Friendly and helpful manager, and front desk. Both Cindy and Virginia were wonderful to deal with.

A Pretty Good Place to Stay.

Our room had a microwave, a digital stovetop, and a nearly full size refrigerator with a freezer. The beds were fine. They were remodeling when we were there, so there were beds in a couple of the halls. Breakfast was typical continental and fine. The beds were comfortable, and it was quiet. The bathroom had a spa styled bathtub that did not work.

Turn out ok

The front of the hotel was good and the check in was good; friendly & helpful. Drove around the back and it looked a little sketchy. It was dirty and some of the rooms had broken windows. We weren’t sure our car & contents would be safe. We parked at the front of the hotel. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet.

Our stay was not up to par. Rather than go into details that would reflect poorly on the hotel, I will say that I spoke with the general manager in the morning and explained what happened during our stay. She was appalled and did everything in her power to make things right. From her comments, I gather that our stay was not up to her standards for the property either. In my view, she went above and beyond to make things right for us. Thank you!

Property was very dated and smelled of smoke, everyone just went outside door to smoke. Rented as a kitchenette, but had NO dishes, pans, silver, ABSOLUTELY nothing! Was told u could purchase them?? The staff was fine, the room had a lot to be desired. The key card would not work. The entry door was hard to close, and the hinges were sprung. The walls were beat up eith patches showing. The tub was dirty and water control valve wouldn't set.

Not so much

Okay but not desirable. Asked for an ADA room and were told none were available. Not a huge deal but the toilet was extremely low, not easy for my mom with not great knees. Carpet did not appear to have been vacuumed before our arrival. Light fixture between beds flickered when you moved on bed. Beds were comfortable though. The side entrance trash cans were beyond full and cigarette butts were everywhere. Security door did not close properly so basically anyone can access the hotel without a key card. Worked for our brief stay but would not recommend for women traveling alone and would not stay again.
