From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming โ they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The entire property was spotless and felt so well cared for. The location couldnโt be better โ close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. It was the perfect home base for our trip to Italy. โExcellent hotel located in a beautiful zone of Naples. Great transportation option with subway 3 blocks from the hotel. General maintenance of hotel is good. We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. It neeeds better logistics for breakfast where cutlery is difficult to find, there is only one salt recipient or sometimes a door to access breakfast is closed and difficult to open if...

โExceptional stay! CasaJammone is run by Enzo and his wife and son. It was immaculate, with excellent breakfast and cappuccino. The room had AC that cooled the room, a walk-in shower with nice amenities, a refrigerator and high-quality bed and towel linens. Es war immer jemand erreichbar wenn es Fragen gab und wir haben auch eine Menge Tips fรผr unseren Aufenthalt erhalten. Jeder Zeit wieder. Was man aber generell beachten muss ist, dass es sehr viele Treppen und Steigungen zu รผberwinden gibt. Neapel ist nichts fรผr mobil eingeschrรคnkte Personen wenn man die Stadt zu Fuร erkunden mรถchte. โ
