From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming โ they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The entire property was spotless and felt so well cared for. The location couldnโt be better โ close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. It was the perfect home base for our trip to Italy. Room is very clean, there is no mold or dirt at all. There are lots of amenities such as shampoo, body soap, body moisturizer, cotton pads and cotton buds, and hand wash.
