"Do not book this place. They market themselves as a bed and breakfast but what is really going on is that they have rooms in various apartment buildings across the neighborhood. There is no front desk, no breakfast location and the instructions to get into these buildings are very complicated. The first room I had was in a bad location that felt unsafe and my room did not have a window. It had an opening to a porch space that was completely inhospitable. "The location was excellent. It was very well maintained. There is a kitchenette if you are inclined to cook. It also has a washer and dryer which was handy. Luigi provides all essential amenities. He was very responsive with any inquiries. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again. Our stay was fantastic. "

"Our room smelled like sewage - it was also VERY loud - although they provided ear plugs, I wished it had been somewhere so we were prepared. The location is cool if you are there for the party scene - it wasn’t ideal with kids. The breakfast was great and the staff was very accommodating."

"Enjoyed 2 night stay here last weekend. Top location. Only a few mins walk from Dante Metro Station, cafes, bars and restaurants. Accommodation is excellent and of a very high standard. Stayed with my 13 year old son was perfect on so many levels for both of us. Maria and the young guy on reception were very helpful throughout our stay. You won't be disappointed if you book up. Can't recommend enough."
