"Very interesting. A little far from everything but nice staff and helpful. Very good for solo travellers looking to explore but not necessarily to vacation on the spot as you would need a car. Good for groups. All in all an excellent stay."

"J'ai choisie l'hôtel 4 étoiles a cause des services offerts comme le gym. Dans l'annonce il y a 2 tapis roulant pour s'entraîner. En réalité aucun fonctionnel et selon la réceptionniste ca fait des.mois que cela ne marche pas. Jai payé 36 euro em arrivant parcequil y avait une deuxième personnes avec moi. En sortant on me.dit aue je doit payer un autre 36 euro pour la deuxième personnes et aje me total devais etre 72 euros. Des frais cachés non justifié. Aucun responsable poir parler. On me dit on vous donne un émail rt envoyé une plainte une fois rendue a votre pays. Vraiment désastreux. Lhotel est bien situé mais.le.personnel n'offre pas de service et des frais quils ne peuvent expliquer. A éviter."

"Just finished up our stay here. It’s an amazing place to enjoy the beach and some other areas of Martinique. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Rooms were perfect for what we required and it’s on the beach. Only one complaint, the pillows had a nasty smell to them, time to replace! Kitchenette was handy and the balcony gave a fantastic view. Would recommend in a heartbeat. English friendly and easy to navigate from the airport. "

"Paradise Found. From beautiful, picturesque surroundings to delicious and health inspired meals, every aspect of our stay was wonderful. Kind and attentive staff, spacious accommodation, nature and the beach at our doorstep. We’re already yearning to return. "

"PROS: beautiful location, property, and room, large balcony with small kitchen area CONS: Basic service items insufficient or not even available: - coffee maker in room came without supplies; but they sell you coffee pods for 1 Euro ea. at the front desk, twice the nearby store price; - no paper towels or hand tissues available, even upon request (maid told us to 'just use toilet tissue') - getting a towel for the beautiful swimming pool is nothing short off a hassle: we were told we could get it at the front desk with ID, only to be told later that we first need go back to our room to get a passport or other picture ID; i.e., a room key or the passport copy they took on check-in are not sufficient. In summary, we did not feel treated as valued guests, particularly since this is a very small property overall, with rather few guests. We will not return."
