"The staff in this hotel were extremely helpful with packing up delicate items before we travelled. They also offered free decaf drip coffee bags which is extremely rare in Japan and was very welcome. The location was convenient for various sights. The room was a little tight as we had three people staying in a room, so an extra bed had been added; without that it would have been quite good."

"As you check in on the 13th floor it would be helpful to have a clearer sign in the entrance foyer. Apart from that we enjoyed the stay, the room and facilitates. It is conveniently located for many shops ahd restaurants and for the tram. Breakfast was a good selection of foods, mainly Japanese. Room cleaning is organised before 8am via an app on the TV, which we kept forgetting, so bear that in mind each day that you stay."
