Staff are friendly, room is clean and quiet with kitchen appliances, close to grocery, restaurants and convenient stores,shuttle bus to/from airport terminals are free. The cons are the wall electrical outlets are without adapter to plug universal plug and the shower room is with only half door, cannot stop water splashing to bathroom floor.

The hotel is very close to the airport. We took a taxi from the airport and it cost us 12 thousand KWN. They also have a shuttle buses we only use it going back to the airport. The room is very clean, and comfortable for me my husband and my daughter. There are lots of restaurants that are walkable around the area. Train station is also just a few feet away. I would stay on that place again. The hotel rate was also reasonable for what you get.

Perfect place for an overnight or two in Incheon. Affordable, clean, and comfortable with easy access to the Seoul airport line. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Would stay again.

This was my third time staying at this hotel and my most disappointing experience. Each time I used the airport shuttle but this time they were charging me because I had more than two bags. It was 20,000 won which I thought was a bit pricey and unreasonable given the price of the room and that this was not stated anywhere. Aside from that, there were some hairs in the shower that were not mine that I had to wash away.

I only stayed at this hotel for 1 night to catch up the next day flight. Staff and shuttle bus driver were great. The only thing is the hotel is far from Airport.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel for our transfer in Seoul. Friendly staff at the front desk, convenient booking for shuttle bus. The area feels safe, and it's surrounded by restaurants. The bed is also really comfy which provides us a good night's sleep. The only thing I want to point out is that the shuttle to the airport was late for about 10 mins, there were lots of ppl boarding the bus as well, and the first stop is terminal 2. So it the total commute time is around 30 mins to terminal 1. Just leave yiurself enough time

My flight was delayed and canceled twice due to the weather condition in Dubai. The entire reservation and the management team at 'golden tulip airport' responded and helped me every time I sent emails about my situation. I highly recommend this hotel and staffs service for anyone stays around Inchon airport!

The reception staff is rude. The kettle in the residence not clean enough. The number of seats in the airport shuttle is limited. The only good thing is the fried chicken restaurant nearby.

Overall it was comfortable. The room was a tiny bit dirty with some pillow stains. The shuttle information is not clear anywhere on their site and we were unable to use it because they don’t respond to messages on time. For future reference, the shuttle runs from 6 AM - 10 PM as of the time of this review and you have to find their google form to book it.

Had a few bumps, needed to have my daughter seen by a doctor, and the receptionist helped us call 911, it’s the only way to get to the hospital, all is well now with my daughter but definitely emphasizing how helpful the front desk with.

The Golden Tulip was easy to get to from Incheon Terminal 2. Just 3 stops away at Unseo station. That's about 15 minutes, depending on when the train picks you up. However, to get to the Golden Tulip to Seoul Station, you're looking at around an 1 hour via the All Stop AREX line. That part wasn't as fun. Our flight out was at 9 am and breakfast wasn't available until 6:30 am. The coffee shop onsite at 7 am. Luckily, there were some restaurants about 2-3 blocks away that were open at 5 am. Our biggest issue was the Shuttle reservation for our flight. When we checked in, the person who helped us asked about a shuttle. We said yes please and told them our flight was to be at 9 am. They recommended 6 am. We said that sounds good. The next morning, when we arrived at the 6 am bus, they asked if we had a ticket, which we were never provided with one. He refused to take us. So we went inside and I told the person at reception about the issue. He told us we didn't have a reservation. This made me confused since the person who checked us in made it seem like we were good to take the 6 am shuttle. Eventually, the person that morning said, it looks like my reservation was for 7 am instead. However, either way, we were not provided with a shuttle bus ticket. This was likely a miscommunication between all parties involved due to language barriers. Outside of that, the rest of my stay was good and it took us less than an hour to get from the hotel to our gate via the All Stop AREX.
