"Room was simi clean my son got out the shower and was playing and looked at his feet and they was black. Bar wasnt open. No pool. No Breakfast (they forgot to order!) Fire extinguisher had FAIL written on tag. Smelled like smoke. Food stuck on our wall in the room. OVERALL HORRIBLE! "

"The pool is closed. No notification. The front desk staff didn’t even mention it when I was checking in. It was on a sign next to check out stating “pool closed, let us know prior to check-in if you would like a discount or refund” how am I supposed to do that prior to check-in when the sign is off to the side and the staff says nothing about it. I noticed the sign as she was handing me the keycards. The room was clean and we felt safe. Just a bummer when you have kids who were looking forward to a pool. "

"It eas awful mo breakfast no pool and the room was stinky. Plus parking lot and sude waljs were icy and snow covered and dangerous . Im handicapped and almost fell 2 times oin the parking lot. I had a 6 day reservation but checked out after first night and went to the hamptom where i had a beautiful experience "
