"My mother and I had the pleasure of staying at your beautiful hotel from 12/21-24 in celebration of my 41st Birthday. Our experience was beyond my expectations. You fulfilled my request for both an early check-in and late check-out. Also, the birthday card and desserts were much appreciated! Thank you for the hospitality! I want to especially thank Vuyo at the front desk for her professionalism and the accommodating process during arrival. Brandon at the Lobby bar for his delicious suggestions with the food and drinks. Alejandro at the beach was friendly and super helpful with our needs. Luigi at Donna Mare was phenomenal. "Very clean and beautifully designed hotel, with cozy rooms featuring tropical Art Deco vibes. I was also happy to learn that their healthy concept café and gym are set to open in the coming days — two amenities I’m definitely looking forward to trying. I will certainly be coming back on my next visit to Miami to experience them. I loved the beach service and the overall atmosphere. Excellent back-office support as well, with smooth communication and great responsiveness from the front desk."
