"We were given 2 dirty rooms before finally getting a clean room. The grounds and pools were never clean. There was always trash or leftover food from the previous day left all over the grounds. Upon our arrival is was absolute chaos. A pool had to be closed due to the rowdy crowd. The attendants were not attentive at all. We will never stay here again. "

"The room and property was clean. Staff were friendly. I didn’t get the complementary wine. The beach was across from the hotel which is a plus I had a view of rut beach from my room. The location is perfect and there is hys access to Lincoln road and other places! The only thing I dislike was the lunch and dinner choices serve at the restaurant in the hotel. I think the menu need to be revamped a bit. But there are lots of other choices in the area "

"Well, I’m gonna start with the staff. They’re all so friendly and great. When it’s called the Marriott Cadillac 1940s it’s because it was built in the 1940s. We had a penthouse or the 13th floor which they’d rather not call it room with a huge deck attached to. It appeared very nice, but there was lots wrong with the room very old has not been taken care of well. Two elevators lead to the main tower. One of them went bad for a day they were able to get it fixed feasibly fast. We had an evacuation one night at 3 o’clock in the morning and then the alarm kept going off for another hour and a half. I woke up the following morning after a storm to water leaking in my closet. My clothes got wet shoes got wet. I had to move to another room, which was much smaller not what I paid for. They did comp me $300 for the night but in reality it did not cover my aggravation. I’d love to go back not sure I will. the people are really great. "

"Beach view was amazing, pool bar service the lady was EXCELLENT! Pool was good too. Would book again."

"Hotel in need of remodeling.. especially bathroom. Clean linens- good for 1 night. "

"Bar was great, beach was ok. Bunch of large bolders/rocks on half the beach. Some of the staff seemed that they didnt want to be there. Had to cut our stay short and after making flught arrangements, we checked out 40 min after check out time and they did not refund us for that night that we didnt stay. They had plenty of time to clean the room and sell it for that night. "

"Rooms were not well maintained and not cleaned thoroughly. Front desk staff was rude and spent most of their time hiding in the back not available to guests. Cannot call the front desk as they will not answer since they hide in the back. Overall cleanliness of hotel was dirty and had very strong chemical odor in lobby. Common bathrooms did not have toilet paper. Elevator near beach/pool exit smelled like urine. They take towels from your room but will not replenish them as well as they do not replenish pool towels. Only good part is beach access. "

"A little hard to find rooms. This is really a place for the very young traveler. More like a hostel than a hotel."
