“The room was extremely clean and the breakfast was great.”

“Blinds broke when I closed curtains. Curtains do not provide privacy from parking lot. Bedside lamp switch did not work. Toilet dripped constantly. Heater/AC sounds like 747 revving up. Bed comfortable enough. Free hot drinks and cookies. Adequate for single night stay, but overpriced for what you get. More like Hotel 8 in style. Outdated facility on its last legs. Staff friendly enough, but no one was around at checkout.”

“No muss; no fuss. Clean motel rooms on a tidy property with a pretty little pool. The owner and staff were positively wonderful – helpful, kind, friendly. I will definitely go back!”

“Parking wasn't great, there is enough for the number of hotel rooms, but not enough room for hotel guests if there is a function on....Which seems to be often. We had to park in a nearby carpark and keep checking for a free space. Breakfast was ok. On the first morning it was quite quiet but they Kept running out of coffee and plates. The second morning was better. Food is nothing special. The Room. We stayed in the Emily Dickinson room, it was ok. Nice decor. Bed terrible, needs...

“I wish there was an area outside that you could sit and enjoy the fresh air. I also wish they had a common area that people could sit and converse with friends and family . I didn’t like that I booked through Expedia but needed to alter our travel plans but with 4 days notice to the hotel I could not get my money refunded for the last day and had to pay for 2 hotels. That was very frustrating.”

“Excellent place, everyone was very friendly and it looks well kept. It was a little far if you plan on being downtown everyday (about 20-30 min walk) but if you walk down by the water it is quite enjoyable. Overall we had a lovely stay :)”

“The hotel was okay - our last resort in town as our plans fell through the day before our trip. The towels were threadbare, the sheets and duvet needed a good wash - some stains on them. But the kicker - no shower curtain! by the time we noticed, we decided it wasn't worth it to have someone come and install one, and we were leaving the next morning.... The fridge was a nice size. The beds were comfortable.”
