Great location, decent price, first floor does not mean ground level. There is a substantial staircase, but doable. The best shower we’ve had our whole vacation. Water pressure and temperature was outstanding. Could use better pillows, but acceptable.

The room is very close to the Inverness train station. Very good for transiting through. I stayed over night so it was functional for me. There was a shower but towels did not seem fresh. Bed is not comfortable so if you stay for more than one night it might not work well for you.

Self check-in facility that was far from secure or well maintained. The main door lock was missing on the inside, the stairs carpet had suspicious stains at the bottom of the stairs. The heater was not working and nothing was done to rectify the situation so I had to sleep wearing a sweater & a scarf and there was no hot water other than in the shower, no kettle nor glass & cup for tea/coffee. There was a load of mold all around the window that caused me a lot of disagreement amongst which is a bloody nose and itching skin and, because the fan in the bathroom was not working, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling and there is no heater in this room either. In short, the place where I stayed was a dump and would not recommend it to anyone, not even my worst enemy, if I had one. The best part was leaving this place and, maybe because of this dump, I found Inverness to be lacking on cleanliness.

We stayed in room 6. While the check-in process was pretty straightforward because it was all self-service, the room is very small. It was definitely clean, however we assumed that a four day stay would afford us some sort of cleaning or at least replacement of toilet paper and towels. However, we ran out of toilet paper after the second day of our stay. We messaged the staff a couple times to ask for a replacement, but we got no replies. We asked a neighbor if we could use some of theirs, but they said they were also out. We also ran into another person staying at the hotel who said he had reached out to the staff several times without a broken window and heard nothing. Location was convenient, but there were no amenities whatsoever. No kettle, no coffee, no tea, the television didn't work, and there was no soap in the shower.

Needed a place to stay the night during a quick trip through Inverness. This place was very conveniently located. They were quite accommodating with allowing baggage storage outside of checkin and checkouts times. The furniture and linens were a bit old and while not entirely comfortable were adequate.
