They also have a shuttle bus service from the port, which makes it very easy. The only small area for improvement is that their beds are quite uncomfortable. Other that that, it was a great experience. We would definitely go back. ”

“The location could not be more perfect. The wonderful family who run the hotel really make this place. It’s been in the family for several generations. It’s not at all luxury - and the rooms are pretty basic but the prices don’t reflect that or mislead you in any way. In terms of the guests, be mindful that they are all generally below age 30 - and are in Ios to party! “It is a good hotel, the bed is nice, clean, the bathroom really clean and cosy. But it was a bit small with no real closets, and blue lights under the bed which lit up the entire room like a disco. And to get to the hotel was a bit hard because it is located in the middle of a path up the mountain. Which is perfect if you like to walk, but can be a little tricky with luggage or you have an injury Overall it was a nice hotel, the staff was friendly and would recommend if you are backpacking.”

“Great place to stay”

“The location of the hotel was really great and staff was also helpful and attentive. But the room we stayed had no view and blocked by some curtain who lived next building. Also there was literally no sound proof at all. if someone talk or walk in the stair or hallway, we can hear everything like the person is next to us. Overall good considering the price we paid though. ”

“We had a great stay for one night in Ios - wish we were there for longer! The bus dropped us right by the stop mentioned by the host and this was walkable to the property (about 10 mins). It was lovely and clean and decorated to a high standard. We had everything we needed for our short stay and the host was very prompt at arriving to give us the keys. ”
