The property is a short walk from the ferry and the village centre. Staff were friendly. The property looked to be quite new and/or is well maintained. A great spot for a couple of days.

はじめてのリゾートホテルで、勝手の慣れないことも ありましたが、スタッフの方々がとても親切で、安心して滞在を楽しむことができました。シャトルバスのお迎えの方、運転手の方、受付スタッフの方々、アクティビティ受付の方、ダイニングルームの方々、ドリンクバーの方々、売店の方、イベントをされていた方など、滞在中に何人ものスタッフさんにお世話になりました。どのスタッフの方もとてもプロフェッショナルで、私たちの滞在が快適であるように、真心のこもったサービスを心掛けられていることを感じました。また、研修中のスタッフさんたちの一生懸命な姿勢もとても好印象でした。朝食バッフェは種類も豊富でおいしい地元のお料理をいただくこともでき、それにテーブル間のスペースがゆったりしていたこともよかったです。 ...

部屋は割合と大きく、ベットも気持ち良く寝れました。離島フェリーターミナルから歩いて約10分と、便利な場所だと思います。食事は付いていませんが、飲食店も10分以内の所にあるので不便は感じませんでした。

HOTEL Ishigakijima 2020
Overall good stay except that there was very limited space to open our luggages. Suggest they should remove the big chair set to provide more space.
