Windows were screwed and lodged with a stick so the most you could open it was maybe 2 inches. We could hear people partying and dancing outside till past 11 pm. Playing loud Mexican music dancing and screaming. Found out that this place is also rented to tenants. 5:00 am in the morning they are outside our window having coffee...

“Hazel was very accommodating for my late arrival and made sure that I was able to get in after hours. I had to add an extra night after the original reservation. She made arrangement/free upgrade so I can stay in the same room for both nights. Her thoughtful help was much appreciated!”
