Fiasco

We don't recommend to anybody Vois Hotel İstanbul because they are very amateur and the stay was Fiasco. Personel were rude and illiterate about their hotel and the vicinity. They skipped a wake up call. We missed an important hearing. Sauna no work for 2 days with an excuse of fuse problem. No bread at all for the breakfast. Not even an apology from anybody.

Klima sıcak vermeye kapatılmış. Odanın soğuk olduğunu söyledim. Isıtıcı vs istedim. Veremeyeceklerini yalnızca ek yorgan verebileceklerini söylediler. Hoş bir hareket değil.

Temizlik ve duş berbat.

Odalar geniş. O konuda iyi.

Tavsiye etmiyorum

Vois oteldeki konaklama deneyimimiz harikaydi
