Fiasco

We don't recommend to anybody Vois Hotel İstanbul because they are very amateur and the stay was Fiasco. Personel were rude and illiterate about their hotel and the vicinity. They skipped a wake up call. We missed an important hearing. Sauna no work for 2 days with an excuse of fuse problem. No bread at all for the breakfast. Not even an apology from anybody.

Temizlik ve duş berbat.

Odalar geniş. O konuda iyi. Fakat oda temizliği berbat. Banyoda bir çok yerde kıllar var. Duş başlıkları bozuk. Duş alırken su hem sürekli azalıp artıyor hemde çok sıcak ya da çok soğuk geliyor. Yani duş almak imkansız gibi.

Otelin odaları genişlik açısından iyiydi. Ancak, sigara içilmiş bir odaya vermişler, girer girmez sigara kokusu ile karşılaştık. Sonrasında odada tuvalet kağıdı yoktu. İstenildiğinde geldi.

Hotels.com dan rezervasyonumu yapıp ücretimi ödedim. 1 saat sonra otele gittiğim zaman bana rezervasyonumun iptal edildiğini ilettiler ve yardımcı bile olmadılar. Telefonda rezervasyon yapmadan önce patronumun emriyle 2 odamız var 250₺ ve 350₺ dediler. Bende hotels.com da 195 tl dedim ordan alabilirsiniz dediği için aldım. Fazla para kazanmak için mağdur ettiler. Ücretimi geri aldım ve otel için şikayet başvurusu açtım. Tavsiye etmiyorum
