Miramare the Palace Hotel

"I had no plans in Sanremo, took a train from Cannes. I didn’t realize the hotel was far from the station so I had to take a taxi. Very nice property, I stayed in annex building in a single room. What stood out was the impeccable customer service and helpful staff. From bellmen to the check in and waitstaff. Extra amenities in room that many hotels as of late skimp on including dental kit, mouth wash and even an intamacy wash. Month of May in Italian Riviera is extremely sunny than expected so I didn’t spend time in pool but it was large and looked nice. The design is minimalist art deco. The breakfast is top notch! If I wasn’t gluten free I would have had all the pastries and tarts! But great gluten free options too + good quality yogurt and jams."

Eisenhut Boutique Hotel

"We visited Bolzano and the Dolomites for our honeymoon in late May and the Eisenhut was the perfect base for our days of hiking and exploring. This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff is very kind and they have thought of everything. Check in was smooth and although we arrived early they sent us to a recommended restaurant, took our bags, and made sure our bags were in our room after our meal. The included breakfast and Bozen transportation pass were fantastic as well. The best hotel breakfast we have ever had. Overall a 10/10 experience. Felt very luxurious and very worth our money."

"Excellent hotel. Truly great amenities. The room was spacious but one watchout is that it is dated, so no modern hotel comforts like USB or universal charging points, no overhead showers (just a jacuzzi). We did really enjoy our stay though. Breakfasts in suite terrace were great."

"Incredible views of the lake! Located a little further from the hustle and bustle of the town which provided us the tranquil, peaceful environment we prefer. But still close enough that we could just walk nearby to enjoy the shops, restaurants and people watching when we're in the mood. The whole property is clean and meticulously maintained. The staff were some of the nicest, most welcoming and helpful I've ever encountered. We stayed in the Tower Suite, highly recommend for its incredible views alone but everything was great. Suite was clean, bed was comfortable, recently renovated with a modern aesthetic. Amenities we enjoyed: free shuttle to and from the ferry (great if you have a lot of luggage), delicious free breakfast daily, and spa access with steam, sauna, ice and salt rooms (highly relaxing). Would stay here again without question!"
