This hotel was amazing. The staff were so helpful and super friendly. They honestly couldn’t do enough to help us. The personal recommendations every night for restaurants meant we tried so absolute gems in the 5 days we stayed. A big thank you to Mami who was so smiley and always around to help and called restaurants to do double check they had space for us. Very helpful to a solo mum travelling with her teenage daughter.

This hotel has generously sized rooms close to Ueno station. The beds were comfortable and it was nice for a family of 4. Easy access from Narita via the Skyliner. Ueno park and its museums are accessible. It is approximately a 10minute walk to Iriya gate at the Ueno station or take a taxi if you have luggage for 500yen. Ueno is on the Yamamoto JR line and Ginza subway and provides quick access to most of Tokyo’s attractions. Akhihabra is only a couple stops away.

"The food options were just ok for buffet and very over priced. The private onsen was lovely. Unfortunately the kids pool was very loud in the evening so it made it hard to enjoy. Also was suprised that there really was no view of Mount Fuji which had been advertised."
