"The property is very nice, including rooms, lobby, location, etc. We loved the pool and spa and it was so relaxing but also friendly for our 8 year old child to swim for fun. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the service was fast, friendly, and professional. We also had airport drama with lost bags and the hotel staff worked hard to try to help us resolve the problem. This will be our Paris hotel for all future visits.
