"This was great place not too far from Lake Placid and perfect jump off point for mountain biking, hiking, and paddling. It was quiet, clean room that had an awesome tub to relax after hard day of playing outside. Also looks like some (maybe all) were remolded and done well with simple but nice furnishings."

"this is typical of ends in the area, but cadence has a really nice renovation. Really friendly staff very well run comfortable beds clean rooms. Good showers nice products good towels good parking all around a really great place in a great location really close to all of the fun things to do in the area. and it is dog friendly for a small extra fee."

"Beauty place to stay. No TV in room and found out when we got there the restaurant was only open Monday and Tuesday. Quaint and super comfy in an amazing setting."

"We loved our stay, all went pretty much smooth except for little miscommunication during the check-in; the towels were soft and fresh, room smelled nicely and property well maintained. The owners were very responsive, just make sure you connect to their wifi, since our phone service was off. Highly recommend if you are bringing a dog with you!"

"A/C was a little loud and the room a bit outdated. But the room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom newly redone. Parking was great although the lot could use some resurfacing. All in all, a good value. By the way, the Keurig coffee maker did not work, but the was one in the office which was great. The place is unmanned but even without staff, there is some one reachable by phone or email so that was not a concern."
