“Clean room”

“Very comfortable. Clean. Staff were exceptional. I found my new hotel brand if they're all like it.”

“Nice”

“Front desk friendly and responsive. Room updated and clean, bed comfortable. So close to restaurants - enjoyed Dolly's.”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean. Only part that didn't look 100% clean was the hot tub. The water looked clean but there was a scum line around the inside by the water level. The pool didn't have a scum line at all. The hotel room was very clean. The breakfast was good and there were a lot of food options. We enjoyed our stay there.”

“Overall, the room was dirty and dated. Paint peeling on the walls and just very dingy. Breakfast was ok for what I expected. Shower was the best thing about the stay to wash off the dirty experience.”

“The facility is conveniently located as well as well maintained and the staff was cordial and efficient. Will be staying there again soon.”

“Nicely remodeled hotel. Beds comfy and very clean. Rooms are small hard to find a place to sit our suitcases but we just put them in the hall by the door. Very limited breakfast, bagels and muffins, cereal and plain vanilla yogurt with toppings. It was enough to get us going for the day.”

“Hotel lobby was very clean but our room was filled with stink bugs (counted at least 10 visible) and TV did not work. We called the front desk (which they seem to not believe us) and came to room to validate our concerns. We were told they have a stink bugs problem that they couldn’t control and verified….. yes the TV was broken ( turned on with sound but no picture). Staff ended up changing our room with NO Bugs and a working TV.”

“No cover for air filter in bathroom which showed how filthy the vent was kept. Could not use the shower since nothing would block the water. Drain very slow in the bathroom sink”
