The property is old and in need of an update. The room was not throughly clean, I found used towels in the bathroom hanging over the shower. The food was sub-par. The experience could have been better if the items I mentioned earlier were better.

Last leg of our trip, 2 night stay, front desk and/or bar understaffed, though customer service was great, breakfast bar had a variety. Convenient to NY, but likely wouldn't stay again, due to the room layout not making much sense, as far as kid friendly, separate areas divided by a partial wall, so we had to hear and see the tv all night, not exactly what I like.

Even though the hotel was under construction, it was very welcoming. The staff on the other hand was absolutely exceptional. They cater to every need that we had. We come to this area every time once a year and this is our first time staying here and we will definitely be back to stay here again.

Being Hyatt and keeping a brand name this property needs some serious update. This is very dated property. Given that breakfast was good and hot food was served with fruits and lot more other healthy options. But rooms are very old and carpet in rooms are very dirty with stains. They advertised that food also available outside breakfast hours and we tried to order it and it wasn’t available so think they don’t serve food even if they say it. Overall Hyatt being 3 star hotel chain I will give this one 1.5 or 2 stars max.

The room was very small and set up was not accommodating for a family. If you tried to sleep you heard every thing from hallway and other rooms. I have slept in cheaper places with better accommodations. Definitely not worth the money!

There was only 2 lights worked in our room. Water was dripping in the front. Found someone’s underwear and a hat left in a conner. It’s ridiculous!!!

Poor breakfast. Small breakfast area. Poor room cleaning service. Dirty carpets. When we arrived we found a rotten fruit underneath a sofa. Towel renewal only by request.
