The staff were friendly and accommodating. The evening wine...and later, milk and cookies! were a fun bonus. The only slight difficulties are the parking... basically you need to arrive by 5 or so to get a spot, then walk to dinner nearby. The continental breakfast is limited to coffee and pastries; some protein and fruit would have been a good addition. Overall, a favorite place to stay in Santa Barbara."
