"It was diappointing for a Drury. Their properties are usually excellent. One of the 2 elevators was broken during my stay. The wait time for the single elevator was really long. I was on 5th floor. It was the only bad stay I'd ever had at a Drury. The room was clean but the staff lacked in all the usual Drury standards."

"Location is great, rooms can use a refresh. Overall clean despite being a bit worn. Breakfast, popcorn and soda machine adds a nice touch. Staff was helpful and friendly."

"The staff were excellent. The room however was not. Our toilet struggled to flush and ran constantly. The microwave didn’t work. The room was hotel, humid, and muggy with a damp smell which was surprising, especiallyin March. The AC was set to 67 (the lowest it would go) and stayed above 70 the whole time. Breakfast was ok, cheese omlets and sausage patty, but it was overly crowded and in a small space that was very hard to maneuver around in with the big crowds. "

"Friendly staff. Clean room. Located within walking distance to shopping and dining. Stayed here for a baseball game and it’s walkable to a Metro station. Would stay here again."

"Was in town for NCAA Tournament. I was there five nights and only had my room cleaned once. They say they clean it every other day and since I had two separate reservations it didn’t get picked up from system. I had to go to lobby to get towels at midnight and told them I didn’t have my room cleaned yet. This was the third night. I would have thought that my room would be a top priority. So the next day they didn’t clean my room until 430pm which was after I complained at 4pm. Then they only give you three towels to last two days. The breakfast was a free for all and usually ran out of food. Then my bill they changed me three separate times but there was only two reservations. I guess when you book from secondary party like hotels.com they sometimes do that to make up the price you were supposed to be charged. I am sure I will get the AI response where they will say we understand. I won’t come back. There was free parking so that was a plus. The shutter service says 3 miles but it wouldn’t take people to Enterprise Center, which is closer to 4 miles. Know your clients. A lot of people were there for the NCAA Tournament. I will say Erica was a good front desk worker. The guy working the late shift was a moron."
