Very comfortable, clean, and attractive.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Easy and convenient parking.
Great food across the street and many good options less than a block away.
Also, a perfect spot for visiting the adjacent hospital.”

Everyone was inconvenienced while waiting for the elevators, and the response to the issue was not prompt. Despite a large conference happening nearby with many attendees, it didn’t seem like they were particularly concerned about the situation.
