Great solution near downtown
We got a family room excellent for 5, 2 big beds and 2 single beds. Great value for money. We had a very good time in Alcazaba hotel. There is a great Nando's restaurany at 100m. Good facility for the car at the supermarket parking closed very near. The neighbourhood is not beautiful nor very quiet by night. Great breakfast !

My family' fun
The hotel is in a busy location where you have a lot restaurants and shopping malls, the rooms are neat and the cleaners are always on time to make it better.
I think for family rooms there should be provisions to cook for yourself.

Spot on on service delivery
Your staff was so welcoming and engaging. The security guy who helped me process the arrival, and packing was superb. The receptionist gentlemen went out of his way to make us feel welcome and safe. Thank you for a a wonderful stay.

Excellent staff..ATM next door with security..Burger King next door..area not safe to walk. Always us Uber...but always verify Uber cost because they will charge you by taking a longer route.

Hotel bom, localização perigosa.
O hotel é bem legal. Simples, mas muito limpo, organizado, equipe extremamente simpática e útil. Único ponto extremamente negativo é a localização. Infelizmente Joanesburgo não é uma cidade muito segura. Se for a Joburg, fique em Sandton.
