“Property was clean, good communication but I would not say this room comfortably sleep 4. The pull out couch was a twin xl at best. With check in at 4 and check out at 10 the value for money was poor in my opinion. Overall it was okay.”

“It is convenient to park your car at this inn. Highland Gate is not the inn but the the restaurant. The Highland Gate restaurant and Marton's Inn are in two separate buildings. The inn's outside apearance and inside conditions are quite mediocre: carpet in the hallway looks dirty at every entrance to the room; there is no rack or shelve for suitcases though the room size is decent; the bathroom has a peculiar smell (not stinky but unpleasant to me), and the double bed (made of two single beds)...

“Disaster, we got in from Aberdeen by rail. I was with my older children and my wife. We intended to stay in the Harris room in the back by a car park.it had an overgrown unkept overgrown yard and safety felt like an issue. The security door was broken; would not lock and we had an overall creepy vibe. so bc my family weren’t happy we weren’t happy so just left for a nicer property.. The property needs someone to care and some TLC. We had a lot of luggage and the hotel was not conducive to tired...

Super close to bus and train station with a glass walkway over rails . Close to all amenities under 10 min walk.”
