"1. the sink faucet doesn't have proper pressure control. It sprays us frequently 2. The bath tub faucet can detached from the wall 3. When the toilet is flushed, you must open the lid and manually refill the water 4. The room phone isn't connected, so you can't call the front desk 5. The air conditioning is broken. It makes A LOT of noise but no air comes through. There's also mold on the vents! 6. It stinks of urine at all times!! 7. An appropriate amount of towels was NOT provided until asked 8. There is only 1 lamp in the room, forcing us to leave the toilet light on constantly to have enough light 9. The fan in the bathroom doesn't filter out the steam when showering so we had to have the toilet door fully opened to see anything 10. There were holes in the bedsheets + useless pillows that barely support your head 11. The mini fridge stays roughly room temp at all times It was our second time staying here. The first time wasn't great either, but this time was worse. This hotel needs a complete overhaul despite its outside appearance. Don't treat your guests like this! I will NOT give this place a third chance."

"I appreciated the location of this hotel—it was convenient and in a good area, especially during a very busy weekend when availability elsewhere was limited. I’m also thankful we were able to secure it at a reasonable price given how many events were going on. That said, the condition of the hotel was disappointing and did not match how it was presented online. The property felt run down overall. There were multiple water stains on the ceilings in both the hallways and our room, which gave an unclean and poorly maintained impression. Most concerning was a large, noticeable stain on one of the mattresses, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness. While the price and location were positives, the upkeep and condition of the hotel fell short of expectations. With better maintenance and attention to cleanliness, this could be a much better experience."

"Don't understand why we need to pay for parking. Most hotels have free self parking for guests. I could have sworn on the website I clicked on single king size bed but apparently was a queen. Starbucks on site doesn't have the Starbucks menu as u would think. If u like a quick place to get in and out and don't mind a hotel where kids are running around like it's a playground, pushing all the buttons on the elevators, and slamming doors all night then this is the place for u. "

"Nice clean room"

"This is a non-smoking hotel but the first room we were offered reeked of stale tobacco, obviously used to be a hotel that allowed smoking. The manager found us another room and that was better although the curtains smelled of tobacco. Aside from two beds, a fridge and microwave there were no other amenities, no cups for water, no coffee maker, no tissues. The towels were thin and although clean were stained and old. The manager was kind enough to find us a blanket as the bed only had a sheet and bedcover. The room was a little grimy and the floor dirty. We had never experienced a hotel quite like it and will not be returning. The place needs a total renovation. Does Expedia not have minimum standards??"
