“The hotel room is painted black and low lighting so without the curtains open and daylight hours you couldn’t see very well. The shower head was uncontrollable and sprayed all over the floor with no shelving to put soap or shampoo. NO elevator so luggage had to be carried up many flights of narrow dark stairs, ok if you only have one small bag but we are travelling for three weeks and had 4 piece's of large luggage at 50 lbs each and my husband couldn’t believe it!
