The road to the park is only 5 miles from the city, but it takes 30 minutes or more. SO beautiful though. In the clouds. Wish we had more time here. We only spent an hour, and we needed several! So beautiful!!

The Volcano Lodge is very nice with a relaxing forest vibe. It provides multiple amenities like pools, hot springs, restaurant and spa. They also have options they are willing to help you book for excursions around La Fortuna. My friends and I stayed here for me and my twin’s birthday :). We did have 1 incident where a manager at the restaurant, Juan was not very
