"Good location but dingy just outside the front with a bunch of homeless people. lacking in amenities ( gym , spa , business center , dining options) most functions are self service which are missing the human touch in my opinion. Room was comfortable but Could be better "

"I really liked the place, I would go back. The only thing I really didn't like was that you can't be in the hotel from 10 am to 3 am because they're cleaning! They could easily have left the floor with the dining areas open. And the other thing I didn't like was that you can't leave your luggage at the hotel after you leave."

There is a Family Mart across the street and a 711 around the corner, as well as a Don Quijote. Kabukicho is known as a “bad” area, but I did not feel unsafe at any time walking from Shinjuku station to the hotel. The hotel itself is on a busy street with many people. Just north of the hotel is a nice neighbourhood with many cafes and restaurants. There are several train stations within 10-15 mins walk. The onsen was a nice amenity to have "
