Only thing I didn't like was the automated free room offer was sent to me but it wasn't available for the suite I was in. I was able to move rooms, but it was a bit of whiplash.

Nightmarish experience. I was traveling with a friend who wanted his own room. We booked this hotel at the last minute as it was close to the NP HQs.
