I’m not one for writing reviews but these accommodations were bad. Upon arrival the grounds were manicured but poorly maintained. The parking is convenient and provides a good amount of parking space for the size of the chateau but has . The hostess was very polite and check-in was easy. The condition of the carpet was very old and stained. My Wife and I stayed in The New York Penthouse. When you open the door the room hits you with a bathroom cleaner smell,

We’re staying at this hotel for a little getaway, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it! It’s one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed, and the staff are absolutely incredible. Everyone has been so friendly, always smiling, and more than willing to help with anything we needed. This has truly been one of the best experiences we’ve had, and we won’t stay anywhere else when we come back to visit. Highly recommend!

A favorite for when we come to KC. Love the different themes and rooms. Property is starting to age, but front desk staff said they were remodeling (and we could hear it during the day). Wish more was included for the price point (a king sized bed would be nice!) Staff was super nice and the area is safe and away from the noise of the shopping area.
