"Room 102 was well used and had odor, bath was extra small and stool had been stopped up many time as per scratching on stool. Trash was never picked up at rear door. We don't like their policy of staying 3 nights with no room service, waited 4 night before doing clean up room. We had to go get clean towels every day. Breakfast was good but for that size hotel, they should have had 2 waffle irons, lots of waiting on weekend. Room carpet was needing replaced. New floor tile would have 100 % improvement, and keep odors down from dogs.. THANKS"
