When we first check in around 9:30pm the young lady working the chick in desk was spending more time chatting and laughing to a separate conversation on her cell phone, while wearing her earbuds, than checking us in.
Only asked if we were carrying pets, which we were not, and gave us our room number and key. Lucky if we got more than 20 words from her.
But overall the room was clean, the area was convenient for our needs and the hot breakfast was great. We only had to endure the non welcoming attitude when we came in, but we were so tired it didn't really bother our overall stay."
