“We had a wonderful week at Elizabeth Suites, Epas is a welcoming and helpful host who can never do enough to make sure your stay is a good one. The suite was spotlessly clean, the pool warm and plenty big enough to cool off in. The suites are located within easy walk of the beach, bus stops in the main town Chania and several local and big chain supermarkets. The last day we had to leave very early in the morning for our return to the airport, and the manager prepared the breakfast buffet for us at 6:30 am instead of normally 8:00 am. We were pleasantly surprised with a bottle of wine for my Partner’s birthday which was a nice touch. The only feedback we would have is that there was no full length mirror - think it would be good to consider including in the rooms. Many thanks Julia and team at Portou House. ”

“Nice, clean hotel to spend a couple of days in Chania. You could easily walk to the harbour from here by going through streets with various vendors. The restaurant in the hotel was good and decently priced, although majority of the dishes use frozen ingredients. "비성수기지만 숙박갯도 꽤 많았어요. 하지만 규모가 크고 쾌적해서 괜찮았습니다. 하니아에서 조금 떨어져있어서 렌트카도 다녔어요. 바로 주변에는 조그만 상권이 있어 구경하기에 좋았습니다. 전반적으로 너무 만족한 여행이었습니다만 나중에 영수증을 보니 저의 국가 정보를 다른 나라로 작성했더군요. 분명 제가 체크인 카드에 잘 작성해넣었는데도 말이죠. 그 부분은 조금 아쉬웠습니다만 전반적으로 모든 서비스와 시설에 만족했습니다. 어메니티의 퀄리티도 좋아요"
