“Staff can use a customer service training. Staff is not friendly. The people in the front are rude and don’t have basic manners like greeting you. The only people who are friendly in the whole hotel are the people in the valet. Rooms also don’t get clean every day but every other day. Overall not a bad place to stay but I would explore other options first.”

“Staff is friendly, kitchenette is convenient.”

“We were some of the first guests to stay at this hotel. This facility is absolutely beautiful and will definitely become a great place for people to stay and enjoy. The location is close to the airport and a lot of restaurants and stores. The property has parking that's not to far from the building. The room was well decorated and the sheet and pillows were definitely the Hilton level. The staff was super friendly and helpful from beginning to end with them helping us and suggesting places to...

“Amazing pool area and beach right on premises. Never an issue finding chairs at either. Staff was very friendly. Nearby shopping and additional restaurants as well as convenience stores a big plus. Beautiful grounds. Very peaceful. Will return”

“This hotel is not far from modern facility and rated just three stars.”

“Terrible old type guest room, food, service, reservation system, and extra charge without guest agreement.....In summary worst hotel in the world.”
