“We are a family from southkorea for vacation. This lodge was so good to enjoy rural area's beautiful view and MS.Shona and her husband were so kind. I needed to find a good hotel which is close to hobbit village and that was why I choose this lodge. It was so nice to have this kind of experince. ”

“Arrival & Atmosphere We arrived around 3 PM and check-in was smooth - there was one staff member at the front desk who was expecting us. However, the resort felt unusually quiet, almost empty. During our stay, most facilities appeared closed, including dining and the spa. It’s unclear whether these are only available in peak season. “The new owners are friendly, welcoming and hardworking! The motel is old but rooms have been refurnished, ... .new fridge, kitchen appliances, carpet, tv, bed, couch.... and were spacious and comfortable. Location is great...good restaurant next door, short walk to town, bus route. Price is very reasonable for what you are getting.. there is even guest laundry with washing and dryer facilities available for $4 per cycle. ”

“ Very upset to find out there is no proper wash basin in the bathroom with no mirror available. Tiny hand basin to wash face. This is disappointing not to have basic requirements on a motel room. Long delay in getting hot water. ”
