There breakfast is limited to a range of 4 to 5 options with no option of any fresh fruits or cereal available at all. Which was a bit of a bummer. Very good staff on the whole barring one lady at breakfast who wouldn't give tea in a kettle like previous staff and we had to pay for extra cup of tea. ”

“Het Hotel had bevestiging gestuurd voor accoord. Dag voor aankomst stuurde Hakim van Hotel bericht dat hij net de boeking had gezien. Helaas was het appartement niet beschikbaar. Hij zou wat anders regelen. Wij toch naar Hotel en hoorden daar dat Hakim een groep bruiloftsgasten had geboekt. Hij had receptie opdracht gegeven om Buitenlandse gasten af te wimpelen. Heeft ons vervolgens in een “afbraakappartent” geplaatst omdat wij niets meer konden vinden. Wilde 20% meer geld omdat andere complex...
