“They gave us a room with a broken refrigerator that can’t be fixed as they told us later, no phone connection to the reception, broken TV, and rude staff. When we asked to be transferred to another room with better view, the reception staff were not accepting that until they sent someone to try to fix all these issues. The receptionist didn’t bother himself to share with us the internet connection procedure and the breakfast time and location. Later, after arguing with the receptionist, they...

“😃”

“Wife and I stayed two nights at Hotel Family in mid-October, and had an exceptional experience. The street address is Dejzina Bikica, Sarajevo, but the entrance is actually down a side street at the opposite end of the building, away from Dejzina Bikica. He cordially welcomed us and guided us to the Registration Counter. ...

“Little bit old facilities.”

“Stayed just for one night. It was a very good stay”

“Alles war in Ordnung👏”

“It was such a pleasure to stay here. It’s bit far from down town but tram station is 3min to walk. Staffs were super kind and room was clean! Also they have good Finnish sauna too! And you can enjoy delicious room service food with reasonable price and free breakfast!”
