"Good hotel in a great location. Room was a little dated but very clean. Breakfast was very good. The pool area had plenty of sun beds and no problem getting one. The staff that we dealt with were all polite and helpful. Would certainly consider staying agaiy."

"Food amazing, really large portions far too much to eat, but good problem to have. Bar staff and housekeepers particularly friendly. Pool was tranquil and not too many people. Breakfast great selection. Location is further away from town harbour than some but if you want convenience but also somewhere to get away from bustle it’s perfect. 5 min walk to great waterpark which wasn’t that busy"

"The hotel and staff were fantastic. The main pool was lovely, clean and warm. The food was amazing and lots of choice. There was plenty of options for food outside the hotel and watersports to try. A fantastic holiday. Would love to come back."

"The hotel is located on a beautiful part of the island and the highlight was the private seating by the beach bar. Very peaceful and scenic. The food was not great. The Zatar restaurant was the exception and was an excellent dinner. The shades in the rooms are not darkening at all. It feels like you are sleeping outside once the sun is up. Also we switched to a sea facing room bc the traffic on the city view side kept us up. The kids did enjoy the slides and the entertainment."

"Stunning location, lovely Reception and balcony with view. Lovely pool, good gym. Lovely promenade and sea access. Nice room, slightly small. Misses a few key 5 * points - ordered a drink on arrival…once poured asked to pay as all inclusive check-in was 10 minutes later. Very strange. No pool towels distributed after 5pm - no discussion. Food distinctly average, white wine was terrible."

"We loved every part of our stay at the Elysium. It’s a beautiful hotel. Everything from the room, the breakfast, dining options to the pools, spa and wonderfully helpful staff was just spot on. A fantastic hotel which I cannot recommend highly enough. 30 minutes before my departure, I realised I had lost a pendant. We couldn’t find it immediately but on my return home I received an email to say it had been found and would be posted to me. The hotel went above and beyond, I’m extremely grateful and will be back for sure!"
