"This motel was a major disappointment given the rating on this app and name. It's not a very secure location. And next to a very sketchy weekly motel with encampments in the parking lot. My room had a large hole in the carpet, the bathroom sink had drainage issues, and the telephone was dead / nonfunctional. I could not wait to leave."

"First room smelled horrible of pot The next room although it said no smoking on the door stunk so bad we had to go buy air fresheners which helped a little. We paid a premium for this place as it was the Kentucky Derby. The condition of this place is terrible. Don’t stay here. "

"Very very basic rooms. Whole corner was missing a chair or couch, sitting table w one chair when room was for two queen beds so def for more than one person. Microwave and fridge as well as proximity to Churchill downs (were able to walk over) were positives. Staff was super friendly, but rooms need work. "
