"Wifi was unusable, blackout curtains let light right into my face as there was a street light directly outside of the bedroom. Check-in was not on-site and I had to go to a different location to check in. Scan of my residence card was required even though residents are not required by law to present ID. The toilet was very nice, the shower was not. Water pressure was terrible. I didn't realize this place was in the heart of soapland. Stay at a different Mr. Kinjo. "

"Met with warm greetings and saved me a trip carrying luggage down to the first floor and easy check in. Rather than staying at a hotel room this flat is spacious and perfect for our family with young kids. Location is also great with dedicated parking. "Stayed here for one night after arriving at the Naha airport before we moved onto Nago the next morning. Room was quite spacious, clean, had a laundry machine and kitchenette which we didn’t use but is a nice to have. Very close to monorail station, which is convenient. It faces a busy street, so if you are a light sleeper I would opt for a quieter place. "

"The unit is clean. However, there is no room service for the 4 days i was staying. I think probably it would be better to help us change the towel for every 2 days stay.
