Nice efficient hotel staff with crisp, clean room. Looked recently renovated with nice furniture and decor. Definitely recommended.

Liked the location. Very clean. Very nice staff. Desk staff gave us excellent recommendations on places to eat. We really appreciated the help. Good breakfast buffet and very helpful woman in charge of buffet.

We wanted to take a night off in the country away from the Chicago area and our favorite two hour away place is Elkhart Lake, WI. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom condo due to an issue in the reserved room. The condo had a fireplace, kitchen, a tremendous view of the lake, it was outstanding! We didn't expect the upgrade but the staff was so accommodating, what a delightful stay at Siebken's in Elkhart Lake, thank you!

Historic hotel fully restored with black marble floors, comfortable room & bed, comfortable furniture, free parking, overhead rain forest type bathroom shower, immaculately clean (room, hallways, elevator & lobby), friendly staff & rich flair of the past hotel glory from 1913. My 6 year old daughter and I were taking our first "mother-daughter" vacation to Sheboygan for a few days. We were originally reserved to stay at a nearby hotel. Staff was super nice and helpful! There was a young woman there in the mornings that was always so helpful and cheerful and spoke to everyone! Excellent customer service.

Location was excellent - a little hard to get to off of the highway but not a big problem. Room was very spacious and quite comfortable. Very nice breakfast without plastic utensils!

We were pleased with room cleanliness, overall this is our mainly feature for a Hotel stay. The reason I gave 2 star for Staff is because even the room was paid at the time of online reservation, I received an invoice under my door, that another card that Holiday Inn kept on file, was charged for a higher amount for same room. My husband and I stayed here a few years ago and were disappointed at the cleanliness of the room. This time we were pleasantly surprised and VERY happy with everything. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. Thank you!

This was a great place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast included was good with many choices. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels in the bathroom.

This building is new and it shows!! Our room had plenty of space. The bathroom was bright, spacious, and eco-friendly. Loved having a kitchenette with full sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink, and dishes/flatware. It is a perfect set up! Location is near downtown- so truly walkable to stores and restaurants. Eisenbahn Trail is steps away!!! The only downside was that our room was close to a side exit and we heard everyone as they entered/exited. Will stay again!

Property was clean and well maintained. Pool was out of service while we were there- which was a bummer- but we had a nice staycation! My daughter is already asking when we can go back. 😊

Had some mechanical issues on a hot first day. A/C compressor was not starting on each cycle. Whirlpool would not shut off. Tried for an hour did not want to bother other guests but finally got it shut off. Minor maintenance issue. We had to leave early and return late from a conference about 70 miles away.
