“The bedroom was clean, but our bathroom was gross! Hair all over in the shower and dirty! The toilet had been flushed and full of hair too. Was disappointing.”

“The hotel was very expensive yet the quality of the interior surroundings, beds and baths are only slightly above the quality of a super 8. The beds are very hard and don't appear to have been upgraded when the hotel was renovated. In additon, the person at the check in was curt and not very kind. All in all, the stay was not worth the price.”

“We had a nice stay at The Osthoff Resort overall. The property was very clean, and we enjoyed both the pools and the beach. The location is beautiful, and the grounds are well maintained. That said, we were a little disappointed that so many activities came with additional fees. We were surprised that things like stand-up paddleboards and bikes weren’t included for resort guests. “We found bed bugs after the first hour we were in our room. We did get a refund but there were no more rooms. All hotels were booked unless you wanted to pay close to $1,000 for one room in that area. We finally found a place to stay 30 minutes away in another town.”

“Bed was the best part. Shower was quite good. Sadly the toilet was not solid to the floor. It made us feel it might fall over. Hope that can be remedied. The was nobody in the office to tell about the toilet.”
