“AVOID, avoid! The place was filthy. The company Kasa demanded biometric data (is that even legal) ONE day before we were to arrive, It was an ultimatum - provide face scan or we CANCEL the booking. Their is NO ONE there is address any concerns. We bed frame was BROKEN and no one came to fix. There is NO ONE to help. I received multiple "we are looking into it" texts but absolutely nothing happened. so awful that I will never stay at a Kasa property again.”

“Fantastic resort for winter beauty. It was very quiet and felt remote. There were no issues, but would have liked to talk to the office more about the resort, but due to the time of year and occupancy, the office hours were limited.”
